About the Role
As Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll balance hands-on development (75%) with leadership (25%), mentoring an experienced offshore team and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our clients AI-driven platform. You'll contribute to cutting-edge features, adopt secure coding practices in PHP and Node.js, playing a pivotal role in the platform's growth and success.

3+ years' experience with PHP (Laravel and CodeIgniter) as well as modern JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js
Demonstratable experience leading and mentoring, fostering best practices (SDLC, OWASP).
