What makes this PHP Developer role stand out?
With a flat management structure and a team full of the nicest people we've ever met - this company and role is a tough one to beat!
Their founder is an absolute joy to work with. He is very open-minded and 100% committed to empowering staff to be masters of their own destiny within the organisation. They have a flat management structure but maintain quality support for all staff - whether remote or in the office. The last Developer we placed there could not speak more highly of them - choosing the role above a number of other potential employers - and we can't wait to offer the same experience to another new developer in 2020!
What will your day-to-day look like as a PHP Developer?
Now that the team has grown, there's a more clear split between Front End, Mobile and Back End projects - meaning that this role would best suit somebody with a passion/preference for Back End Engineering!
This will span everything from GPS Routing, Customer Portals and Full Route Optimisation systems to Stock Management Tools and Diagnostics. This, coupled with their commitment to staff training and development, makes for a highly varied and exciting environment - focusing on clean code, scaling and collaboration.
From day 1 you will have the chance to both collaborate with other developers and take on your own projects/builds within the business and roadmap.
