Review the code base for the current build, assess any out of date dependencies, deprecated code with PHP 8
Assessment of actions to migrate to RHEL8 / PHP 8
Review effort required in replacing Simple SAML PHP build with Apache MOD
Assessment of actions needed to migrate to latest version of laravel 8
Laravel migration experience
Familiarity with Redhat, Apache, NGINX, SQL, GIT
