Title: PHP Laravel Developer
Location: Cambridge - Hybrid
Currently looking for a talented and passionate PHP, Laravel Developer to join a talented IT team. You will offer at least 3 year's experience working with Laravel, (12 or above) PHP, (8.3 or higher) and Symfony along with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure.
Skills required
* PHP, Laravel development
* Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and managing service integrations
* Database architecture and query optimization
* Database design, query optimisation, and data modelling
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EC2/RDS/Lambda, Azure Functions)
* Contributing to an Internal Developer Platform (IDP), including developer tooling, workflows and templates
* Knowledge of security best practices including authentication/authorisation and data protection
Nice to have
* Experience with serverless architecture or microservices
* Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python) for DevOps or automation tasks
