**The Role:**

As the Senior PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the platform. You'll be hands-on with the development process, writing and releasing efficient, testable, and reusable PHP code, primarily using the Laravel framework. Your responsibilities will extend to solving performance problems, addressing architectural challenges, and recruiting a team of like-minded PHP developers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the development of their platform using PHP and Laravel, ensuring best practices are followed.
