Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web solutions. This is a hands-on role, working across customer-facing websites, online portals, and internal management systems.

The role is based on-site, in Ipswich.

The successful candidate will initially lead a complete rebuild of the organisation's main website. This project, together with ongoing development across integrated platforms, makes Laravel knowledge and experience essential.

Responsibilities

* Develop responsive, accessible, and performant pages and components.

* Build custom UI with Vue.js, Laravel Blade, and Livewire.

* Support and modernise legacy jQuery, moving functionality into Vue.js where appropriate.

* Optimise performance (LCP, CLS, INP), caching, and loading strategies.

* Maintain clean Git workflows, secure coding practices, and effective collaboration.

Requirements

* Strong front-end foundations: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES13+).

* Solid knowledge of Laravel/PHP and the LEMP stack.

* Commercial experience with Vue.js.

* Demonstrable experience delivering impactful web solutions.
